Default Anyone tried the F Factor Diet

Saw it on TV this morning. It is a diet with lots of fiber.

I was interested in learning more about this too. I think the gist of it was focusing on high fiber foods rather than strictly calorie counting.

I really like fruits and vegetables so this appeals to me. I hate calorie counting. Does anyone have the book to post the diet plan. I believe it is done in a few stages like South Beach.

This sounds like it might be a variation of the F Plan diet from the early 80s and the first proper diet I ever did (if you discount the 'apples and cup a soup' diet that I did in my early teens!). It involved eat a high fibre cereal mix which you make up yourself and cooking meals with added beans and bran. It was pretty healthy but boring after a while. I lost about 20lbs on it when I was 16/17. It did at least teach me that starvation wasn't necessary in order to lose weight.
