South Beach Diet - Ketchup on phase 2 ?

Am I allowed ketchup on phase 2 ? I won't be using a lot, the most would be a tablespoon. I know you can't have it on phase 1 but I can't find anything about being allowed or not on phase 2.
Hope everyone is enjoying the day...even everyone who's stuck in this terrible snow !!

Look for unsweetened or sugar free ketchup. There are several brands available now. Even if you just use a small amount the high fructose corn syrup often found in Ketchup could cause problems.

I like the Heinz Reduced Sugar ketchup. And I can get it in the small grocery stores around here, so I'm thinking it must be available just about everywhere. :p

I haven't been able to find the reduced sugar kind, so I just use a tiny bit of regular on the rare occasion I need ketchup. That's maybe twice a month at most. Since I'm not eating french fries and limiting hamburger meat, there's not much I need it for.
