Default Thank you!!!! (my first 5 pounds lost)
I want to thank you all of you because I have just joined this forum one week ago but the changes on me have been something that I have searched for years. I have always been in a binge eating starving circle, but thanks to all of you I have stopped the circle and I have lost 5 pounds eating!!!
Since I joined this forum I can say that I have been eating healthy and losing weight for the first time in my life. I have also started to exercise everyday; it is just half hour in the treadmill every day, but I ‘m sure that I will add something else to my new routine soon. I have a long way to go, but I know that with this forum it will be much easier than my previous efforts.
