Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this blog and just wanted to check with everyone and see if anyone here has tried the Standard Process 21 Day Cleanse Program. My Doctor has recommended it for me to jump start my weight lost. He's very into alternative/holistic options instead of prescriptions. I'm planning on starting it this Sunday (2/28). I'm hoping to make it through all 3 weeks. It consists mainly of 3 shakes per day, a bunch of green food capsules and vegetables for the first 10 days. After that you can add some lean protein like chicken or fish. I was just wondering if anyone out there has tried this program before and if so, did you have any sucess with it? Thanks for your help!
