The other night (I swear it was this site, but I've been on two others and looked there as well), but there were a few threads explaining in great detail about Atkins 72 and I cannot find it anywhere. I hope it's somewhere on this site.
There was one atkins 72 post/thread that was so helpful, I wanted to print it out when I came into work, but...I haven't been able to find it.
Could someone please help me? Or did I dream this up?
