need some brainstorming here,
after my weightloss i decided to get into maintenance for a period. i started it last week, and i have been having 1700-1800 kcals/day (i do not have a very active lifestyle at the moment, was thinking of re-evaluating it when i start work)
even like this, i still lost 1 pound this last week. would u say it was luck-an after effect of dieting- or have i calculated my daily calories wrong?
background info: female, 5'6'', starting weight 186 pounds, target weight was 146, current is 145.
a week might be too soon to judge, but i think i read somewhere that when you stop your calorie deficit you still lose a bit and it might be a trap! a trap!
ideas/experiences welcome!
