Default Only 11bs but..
I have to lose weight slowly because of health problems and have been eating sensibly, under the care of my doctor, since November. I have a great deal of weight to lose and am taking it 10lbs at a time so as not to be disheartened. I have lost 11lbs and yesterday someone noticed that my face has got thinner and it made my day!!! Small victory I know, but a sweet one nevertheless. I am weighed every 10-12 days by my dietician so can't wait for next Friday to see how much more I've lost.

11 pounds is great! Next time you're at the grocery, pick up two 5 pound bags of potatoes and it will really put it into perspective for you! I did that a couple weeks ago when I reached my 15 pounds and it is amazing to feel how heavy that is!

I can't wait to hear you report from the doctor come Friday!
