Default Rededication
Today is the day I rededicate myself to my fitness endevors. So far I have lost 43 lbs but I still have about 30 lbs to loose. Lately I have not been as dedicated to myself and my health as I want to be. I have started to slack in my workout and what I eat. Heres to a new healier me!

You are not alone!!!! I too am rededicating today! Sorry you "tripped" a little.... but nice to know I am not alone while climbing back on!
