i tried it only for a short period a couple years ago. it will give you the runs if you eat fatty foods. but i found the worst issue to be nasty farts, but this is expected with it. be careful it could even stain your pants
. i didn't really keep with it enough to really notice anything. i wasn't even working out regularly or paying enough attention to my diet.
it did scare me away from eating fatty foods, lol.
