I tried the Risotto (with Zucchini puree and scallop) recipe from the clean eating magazine yesterday. Today i feel so bloated. Granted i added a little more seasonings than the recipe asked for, so maybe its the salt, but i just feel like a baloon is in my stomach today. You know that feeling when you dont feel as light. Does anyone have a solution for getting rid of this bloat feeling???
