MONDAY MORNING!
Okay, TONI, I just finished Leslie Sansone's Miracle Mile tape. It's just one mile, but a good warm up for the week. Good Luck!

How and where I got the energy to get out there today I don't know :shrug: tired when I woke up :hypno2:and after getting the kids off to school I got a late start, but still, I managed to get out there and pound the pavement and do my 4.5 miles in 52:15:cp:

Okay Kim I just did 1/2 mile on my treadmill.... We're on our way.....Come on gracious you can do it... Jump in here everyone and do 5 days of exercise.. Bet ya can't ha ha.. :strong:

I am with you girls! I just did my 2 mile WATP tape. It was actually easy for me so that was a nice surprise after my sabbatical. Tomorrow I am going to haul out the 3 mile tape!

TUESDAY MORNING
Okay, it's 6:21 and I just finished the Leslie Sansone 2-mile walk! I'm a sweating fool! Can't way to hear who made it two for two today!!!

Didn't get my walk in last night due to rain (must get the WATP tapes) but did get my shoulder workout in.:(
This morning, got my 2 miles walk/job in and my tricep/bicep workout finished before work.:strong:
At lunch, the girls and I will do lower body exercises.:dizzy:
Hope the rest of you are keeping up with the challenge.

TWO for TWO
I did the WATP 3 Mile tape and I had a good work out with it. Made me feel like I had my body burning some calories there and that is always a good thing!

I didn't get up to the computer last night so I'm logging in my report this morning. (At work, by the way)
I rode the elliptical bike for 30 minutes and that's a little over 7 miles. Felt good afterwards, even though I was tired when I got home yesterday.

WEDNESDAY MORNING
Okay, it's sweaty girl here reporting in after the 2-mile walk with Leslie. I fear I may drip on my keyboard. Yuck! But feel great. I tried to use those bands this morning, but they broke in the middle of the tape. Hmmmm. They are really old and probably a prototype of what she now offers in the infomercial.

Wednesday Report
I don't know what I did, but, I started out on my walk this a.m. and I could hardly walk. I must have pulled a muscle in my butt!
I was limping and could hardly move. I thought I was going to have to turn around and come home. But I kept walking. Jogging wasn't as bad as walking. Finally got to where I could half way walk right. I think I pulled something doing lunges yesterday. Got the 2 miles in and then did my back exercies with weights.
So far 3 for 3. We are just shakin off the pounds!!

Wednesday....
Did the 2 mile WATP today with 3 kids along side. I worked a lot harder than they did, if I don't say so myself! :smug: I didn't think they were up for the 3 mile though and the little one didn't finish the 2...but I think it teaches them that exercise can be fun and is important.

Thursday- I am off to do the WATP 2 mile tape but wanted to put it in now so I don't have to stop my whirlwind of activity. That makes it 4 for 4!! :cb:

Hangin in there.
Got my 2 mile walk/jog in this a.m. It was cool out, only 66 degrees.:cp: Then I did my chest workout. :strong: So I'm done for the day. :cb: Unless DH wants to walk again tonite.
So far 4 for 4. Hope everyone is still in the game.

Got in my 4.5 miles in 51 minutes flat today. Humidity and heat were a killer!!!!
I LOVE that this board is so busy this week - WTG everyone! Hope this keeps going each and every week!!:D

TGIF Everyone
Got my 2 miles walk/job in this am. Didn't have to lift weights today, Day off.:barbell:
At lunch a co-worker and I will do lower body exercies.
So I made it 5 for 5. Probably won't get to walk tomorrow. We have eye appoinments at 9 and a busy day after that. Will try to squeeze in some cruches though. Sunday should be able to walk befor the game.

Walked 3.5 miles in one hour 3 min. A little better than Wed. by 2 minutes. Muggy as all get out. Have reached 4 days, one day to go.

Actually, it's for Wednesday and Thursday because I forgot to post yesterday.
Rode the bike 30 minutes both nights. Thursday was only 3.25 miles. The legs didn't want to work.
Today's exercise will be the biggest challenge. We have to leave around 6:45 for the airport to pick up DS and see the USNA Drum & Bugle Corps.

I rode the bike yesterday for my 30 min. session and it equaled 8 miles. Yea, me!

Did 4.5 miles today even though I felt crappy.
