Babloo :

Girl I can go on forever about this program. Ive gotten my girlfriends back at home on it and my sister (whose down a few lbs already). Yes you have to lift. To me this program is geared towards women with a tight schedule who might not have time for a long program like P90x When I dont work out I do get dimples in my thighs and butt (yuck) but my legs look so smooth right now (not to toot my on horn). I was skeptical of this program at first but I have lost so many inches and around 11lbs (this is my last wk). For this program depending on how strong you are will be lifting anywhere btwn 5-30lbs on each side. Ive squatted and deadlift 30lb each.
Ive heard good things about Insanity but its mainly cardio and plyometrics. Chalean is a great program for weights and cardio!! Ill post all my results on Monday after I finish the program and weigh in.
Feel free to ask me anything else if you want!!!

Forestroad!

Bablou- To answer your question a few weeks back, I wouldn't say I was actively trying to get down to 128, it just worked out that I was eating less than maintenance mode and still losing. But then I added some things back into my diet, plus hit the holidays/vacation, and that put me back around ~133. I still can't say I'm trying to get into the 120s because I know I'm not doing what I'd need to to get there, but I'd still like to get there eventually...does that make sense? Probably not

Babloo :

Welcome Autumsky!! I for sure use this site to motivate me...its helped a lot when I think about stuffin my face or skippin a workout! I'm sure u will make it to the 20's by the end of the month.
Thanks Forestroad! I would luv to get to the point where I don't have to work as hard to be where I want to be. I don't want to stay in the 20's long because I think I will look to skinny for my frame. I would probably be down to a 0 or loose size 2....and I like having some curves.
My ulitmate goal is to maintain and stay in the low to mid 130's. Everything just fits right and feels good around that weight. I am desperately waiting for good weather so I can do more running outside! I think changin up my routine will help me shed these last few lbs!

I don't want to be in the 130's anymore!! I have been struggling this week though. Mainly with emotions and obsessing over the scale/number. I am going to hid my scale for a week and see what is says then. I also took measurements last night, I am going to wait a month before doing those again though.

Hi Ladies! It will be a beautiful day when I get out of the 130's! I know it will take a long time and a lot of work to get into the 120s but I am in it for the long haul and ready for the challenge.

I hope we can keep this thread hopping I could really use the support and have plenty to give.

Hey everyone!!! Congrats wfonseca3017 I knew you were inchin over here girl!!! Im so proud of you!! Good thinkin on starting a new thread we just have to keep it alive
Welcome Noni (that was my grandmas name ) We welcome anyone and being in here will push you I promise.

Ok last day of TOM hopefully...and I weighed in a 137.8 this week. Ive seriously been stuck at 137-138 this whole month. Although my workouts have been stellar I cant shake it. Eating so so, I have had better days. I was really hoping to see 135 by the end of this program but I was looking back at what I wrote down my goals to be by completing each phase of CHalean and I wrote 138 for the last phase. So although Im at where I wrote I wanted to be...in my head I wanted to be at my goal of 135. Oh well!!! Im just happy to be here and not in the 40's. When the snow lifts I can take my runs outside and get in some long runs. Also when I get back from vacation ( a mini trip home to KC) I am restarting Chalean!!! My new goal is 130 at least by my 28th bday April 10th. Girls I need your help!!!!

Yay new thread!

I was 130 on the dot at the gym yesterday morning, but that was pre-breakfast. However, tonight I'm only up to 131, and that's post-chicken-fried-steak, so that's pretty good!

I'm hoping to maintain right around 130 (135 being my "red line" weight), but I still want to see 128 on the scale. I think that unofficial goal has kept me honest in maintenance mode the last couple months.
