I am definitely not doing it for my friends, I was merely stating that my support system is not very good. I'm doing it for myself so I can be a better mother to my kids and feel better about myself. I was always thin growing up, but after having my kids, I've been having a hard time getting it back off. Since growing up I've never really had to watch what I ate, I'm less prepared now. I don't know how to do this correctly. I always seem to set myself up for failure. This time WILL be different!
