Mini-Goals - 6 Months Later & 50lbs Down W/PICS

its been officialy 6 months of this new lifestyle..started out summer of 08 at almost 300lbs(286 to be exact)..took me a YEAR to loose about 20 just through eating..august 09, i started to get SERIOUS and started an exercise routine and eating healthy eliminating white bread,fried and fast foods and incorporating more veggies,water and protein into my im sitting at a plateau of 210-ish with a goal of 160-165.

sure i've been doing a variety of them..mainly now,HIIT, walk away the pounds dvd,30 day shred,jullian micheals banish fat boot met., and her no more trouble zones dvd

Brit congratulations on your progress...that's awesome!

I have read that changing up your daily calories, eating more calories on some days and less calories on other days, can really help in breaking through the plateau. I have been doing it and I have not plateaued yet!

Wow what great job.Your starting weight is so similar to mine. Im only 30 pounds lost and cant wait till i hit 50. I will definately be doing the happy dance.Keep up the good work your pictures look fantastic.
