I am not new to 3fc, but to south beach. I'm so glad I found this forum. I think it will give me the extra motivation I need on this journey

I second Debbie's suggestion! And I noticed that since the 2009 bios are gone, there are lots of chicks who could add a new one. I was just reading them again the other day.... I can so NOT keep details straight.
