Default Finally! A Victory over the Scale!!
Hi all! These past 3 weeks have been TOUGH for me. I keep gaining and losing the same 4 pounds and have been hovering around 171-174 for nearly a month. Well, today, I was ECSTATIC to step on the scale and see that my current weight is 169.8! Finally, I got down into the 160's!

YAY! Good job, and boy do I ever know how you feel with those numbers, getting out of the 170s was so fabulous. Keep up the great work!!

I started walking 3 days ago after a long sedentary period.
I started with 5000 steps barely, I did 7700 yesterday
