Hey peeps!! Just wandering whether anybody knows if southern comfort is worse than vodka?? Im having afew drinkies tonight and normally would stick to vodka and diet coke but have got a bottle of southern comfort in the cupboard??xx
No alcohol at all on Phase I and very limited on Phase II. Mainly red wine. A "few drinkies" can cause you to lose control of the rest of what you eat so is best avoided.
