HOLY COW the month is amost over and I am no where near my goal!!! OH well i have had several things disrail me this month so...

coffee is on hot and have cream and sweetenter. (water for you tea drinkers too)

not much on my end. DH is still a jerk. amazing how you can go through life with out talking to some one that you live with. Work is fun I am expecting a very harried day 2 admissions comming in. and i told the gal to make sure that i do the treatments, i will not have a treatment nurse for long as well as one of the admissions. so off to the gym for me!!

Also which one of you Texas friends send me a gift??? I just want to say thankyou so very much. I can not remember who i asked for it from and you did not leave me an addy for me to send you a thank you note so thanks. I have a friend that is going for knee surgery in 6 weeks and she desperatly want to lose some weight to make it easier so i gave the tapes to her. I will get them back when she is having her surgery to try them out for my self. so she thanks you from the bottom of her heart too!!! (she is my boss no less!!!) (score of brownie points!!!) Somewhat of a busy day today. My life seems to revolve around the high school band :rolleyes: Must admit, I do love it.

The band is playing at a new Ford dealership today for their grand opening. The dealership is giving a donation to the Band Boosters. I'm one of the chaperones. It is so hot, and we get to ride on the big yellow buses, lucky us. The kids will be sweaty and smelly on the way back. YUCK!!

Had to go shopping yesterday. We all decided (the other chaperones) to wear the school colors to this dealership. The schools colors are black and white. I was going to wear my black capris and a white shirt, while the capris are a little too big, I put on the shirt and it was way to big, so had to go buy a new one :D

Today is :bb: birthday, we woke her up singing happy birthday and video taped it.........it was soooooooo cute, her little eyes were just about opened and she had the hugest smile on her face. God is Good !!!!!!

Going to pick out contacts today, thinking of going wild...................yeah right :lol: Well if anything, I get to look into that cute doctors face. Even if he has no personality :D

Don't anybody fall over dead, but I made it here before midnight! I am alternating smoothie and coffee right now and hoping to get the motivation to go to Wal-Mart and spend the last of my paycheck before I go to work. Today I have to stay on plan perfectly because I have 'festivities' planned tomorrow and Sunday and I will not be eating on plan for dinner on either of those days!

Happy Birthday Gracie! Aww Leens, that is such a cute idea to wake her up! I told Rob and he assured me that it was so cute that he and Cody are going to do it to me in the morning. :o

SG and DebKay, I will start devising some gossip right away for my midnight ramblings! At work, my friends Jennifer and Allison and I play tricks on each other when ever one of us walks off and leaves our e-mail open. We send each other torrid love letters from the others account, and then we go back and reply to them..so the person has no idea what is going on until they get the reply. hehe. Ok, that had nothing to do with gossip, so I don't know why that came to mind!

Speaking of clothes, where can I get some bootleg slacks? I don't see any at Lane Bryant this year. I'd like some khaki and charcoal grey to replace my old ones. Maybe I can't find them because I am so 'yesterday'. Ha!

I can't seem to get going this morning - maybe it's the weather. I am going to go out and putter around in the garden and do some dog training with Miss Lucy. Maybe that will get me out of my funk! Part of it may be having a day with nothing scheduled except the Fair Board Meeting tonight when I lay it on the line about money! I guess I'll make us some salsa this afternoon. The tomatoes are starting to ripen fast out there.

I agree about the weather Ruth, except it's coming down in buckets here! Rented a bunch of Scooby Doo movies for her and maybe she won't mind that Gramma isn't coming today.:stress:

I'm in a bad mood too--haven't been able to shake it and it's been here for a couple of days--I suspect it's the whole friend issue that's started this. I know I should be able to shake it off, but you know, how something just burns your butt and you can't let it go?

Anyways I am grateful that you are my friends and that's what counts!

BTW, I have gone back down to 202 after my new meds have kicked in and the carb bingeing extravaganza has stopped. Feeling MUCH more human now! :) See, now I feel better already!

Jennifer, I had to check my clock, thought I should be at home when I saw your post. Shocker! You mentioned that dh said "he and Cody are going to do it to me in the morning" Does that mean we a have a birthday coming on Friday?

Sue, I'm the one who sent the tape. It was while Alvin was in intensive care and I just printed your email and gave it to my son and told him to talke it to work and send it to that address. I'm just glad to know it made it. Needless to say, I've never thought about it again!!!

Today was a lazy day. Slept to about 9:30 felt good, except everythings been running about 2 hours late all day.

I wish I had some good gossip!!! Oh year, my mom and I heard last night that a lady we used to know had gotten remarried. She has been a widow over 35 years. We tried to figure out her age, and we came up with about 82. We know her 2nd child is 60. I thought that was good gossip.

Good afternoon, Chicks. I had planned to spend most of the day catching up on hubby's business paperwork. BTW, it's the PITS working for your DH. I don't recommend it. Only good part is I get to make out and sign my own paychecks which comes in handy in the middle of the month when I run short. Don't tell him. ok? :o Anyhow, so far I've made the bed, done the dishes, read the newspaper, washed some clothes and read a book. In an hour Y&R comes on, so I guess I really haven't accomplished much in the office, have I? How do I even justify a paycheck? hehehe I exist! :D
Still sticking to the Fat Flush Plan and it's not so bad. Once you get used to everything tasting like cardboard, you just move on to other things. I can feel my clothes getting looser every day. Yesterday, I put on a new top I just bought a month ago and it was falling off my shoulders. Had to slip in some shoulder pads to fill it out. Of course, I always lose from the top down. Have no boobs left at all and am considering implants at some stage.
On Saturday I am going to pick wild blackberries. I must remember to borrow some of DH's long work gloves to protect my arms. Those nasties have a way of reaching out and stabbing a person with their thorns. Then, my neighbour and I are going to visit the Street of Dreams. This is a housing development of $$$million++ homes, all decorated and landscaped. It costs about $10 to do the tour of the six or seven houses and it's great fun. Very tiring though as most of them are two stories and have lots of stairs. I really enjoy seeing how the top 1% of the population lives and get some decorating ideas at the same time.

Barb thanks so very much!!!! I know that my boss will have good use of them. she is so desperate to lose weight but has not a clue where to start. I gave her the tape yesterday and will be checking in with her daily to see if she has done them. She is such a sweety that i just lover her!!! the clients call her name out when she passes and yet to her they love her, and that is special!!! I am going to be working with her as soon as she settles down. i think i am going to have to sit on her to do that. but for surgery this is the best thing for her. I also got work that we are getting a large young man that is going to be imopbile for a while so maybe i can talk him into trying this.

Linda the houst tour sounds wonderful. i love seeing houses like that. i wish i could come.

Leens just name a day and i wil let you know if it coincides with my weekends off. (off this weekend, and on the next) or if you want to do it during the weekday. 1/2 way would work but there is more there than here so we can do more your way than mine. now if ruth will come down here i can bring her with me too!!! Leens i have green and blue contacts but have brown eyes. now i wear my glasses as the contacts were drying my eyes and i needed to let them rest.

So, lots of water tonight and tomorrow, and hopefully nothing too horrible will happen. Then there's always running around behind dd in this heat, that should melt at least a half pound a day! :lol: I should be a wraith!

Yes, somedays i do get hungry and then there are days that I'm not. This is day 20 for me. Yesterday I added a 1/2 sweet potato with dinner, and i didn't have those late night cravings. That's my worst time of the day. Today my added food item was some FF cottage cheese blended with some vanilla protein powder. You blend the :censored: out of it and put it in the fridge for awhile. Tastes alittle like cheesecake :T (if you close your eyes and think real hard). That little extra protein helps :goodvibes

sorry to be a whiner. just updated my resume on hirehealth.com and have to update the one on monster.com and a couple of other databases. yes. it's that bad.

Hey, I had to come by and say hello at my regular time! Been a long day. Braved the Wal-Mart crowd, went to work and ran my butt off until 8:15 tonite, came home, pulled weeds until about 9 when it was too dark to see anymore, ate half a yucky turkey leg and a few bites of broccoli and cheese, took a shower, cut the crap out of my leg shaving and didn't know it until I bled all over my white bathrobe and the bedspread, folded 3 baskets of clothes, cooked spinach (double crap, I have to go finish making spinach dip!), all while Rob and Cody decorated the living room for me, and now here I am! Cody is more excited than I am! I have to be at work at 7AM so he wants us to wake him up at 6:30 so he can take me to the living room to see my decoration suprise, and open his presents he got me. Can you tell I am really wired? I feel like I could stay up all night!
