Talking Addiction??

Let me start off saying that I have NEVER been a runner. I have always hated it, mostly because I have never been good at it. As of 3 weeks ago, I have been running around my neighborhood and I am officially ADDICTED. I love the feeling after the initial 1-2 miles of just gooooooooing, running and not wanting or needing to stop or walk. I have a 10-mile race planned for April, and let me just say I cannot wait!!

Ok, after reading this post....endorphins anyone?? haha.....

Love the endorphins! I'm not quite into running yet, but I'm getting there. Frankly, my favorite exercise is weight lifting. I love the rush I get of accomplishment when I am finished and exhausted!

I am so glad that someone feels the same way that I do!!! I have never been a runner, I always HATED it! But For the last week, I have been running 2 miles a day. I love sprinting the last bit, it's just amazing how fast my legs can go. And then once I stop I love the euphoria feeling! It is amazing. So releasing, it's hard to explain but I know you girls know what I am talking about!!!

I plan on entering the 5k LA marathon that is at the end of march. Later this year I would love to do a half marathon. And then hopefully next year I would love to do the LA marathon.

I just am in shock about how excited I am about running. I love it!
