I'm a 34 year old mother of three. Before I had my last child (she'll be 3 in June) I weighed 160 and was on my way to my goal weight of 145 lb. After I had her I gained weight and now I'm 188 lbs. My problem is that I don't stick with a program. I lose weight if I work out and feel good but after a month or so I stop working out. I recently got a job at a call center and since I've started there I've gained 8 lbs.
