I have a toddler and she I would pick her up by her arms because it hurt my by to bend over. While we were home for Christmas my mom told me not to do that because I could hurt her. So I started squatting to pick her up and the pain was unbearable. Well since I have been working out to 30DS, I can squat and pick her up with no problems. It feels so good not to have to dread picking her up when she wants me to hold her.
As well as I don't have to press up on tables, chairs, or my husband to get up from sitting.
Awe, best NSV ever!! Good for you! I've never understood why all mothers of toddlers aren't rail thin because it's a lot of work toting those little ones around! LOL! I should have had some pretty impressive arm and leg muscles. But alas...
