Ok, it is only 15 minutes into Tuesday, so I can't post it yet! I will post what I ate on Monday, and what the 'plan' is for Tuesday.

Monday:

B bacon and 2 scrambled eggs

L pizza quiche, green beans, 1/3 wasa cracker with apricot 'all fruit' spread

D pork tenderloins, cauliflower and cheese, spinach casserole

S chocolate smoothie


The smoothie gave me a stomach ache and I didn't drink NEARLY enough water!

Tuesday's plan:

B bacon and 2 scrambled eggs

L left over pork chops and cauliflower

S nuts

D probably hamburger patty, green beans, salad

Ok, my actual was nothing like my plan, but I did good!

B 3 turkey rollups

L 2 roast beef rollups, 2 turkey rollups

S nuts (ha, I typed buts by accident)

D Meatloaf, cauliflower and cheese, 2 tomato slices

S 3 bites of sugar free pudding

And lots of decaf and water!
