I hate to say that it's been over 2 years of me dieting and losing weight then giving up and gaining some of it back. But that's exactly what keeps happening to me. I get really motivated for a while and I stick to my diet and exercise religiously (lowest weight? 147 lbs). And then I get stressed because of school or family issues and start eating again (highest up I've gone since I started dieting 165).
So I've decided to stop with the excuses and just learn how to deal with the stress. Food is not my friend! I have actual people to be friends with! Lol. I don't need to turn to food when I'm stressed, I need people!
So anyways, I just thought I'd re-introduce myself because there seem to be a lot of new people since I last posted. Hello everyone!! You're all super inspiring! Seeing how well you all are doing really helps me stick to it. I've noticed when I stop coming here I usually stop dieting (I stop coming here because I feel guilty for cheating
).
