I hope Lisa doesn't mind, but I've taken the liberty of posting an update thread...

How's the challenge going for everyone? Hopefully good for you!

I'm doing OK. Here's my three goals:

1) Lose 10 lbs.

I finally got off my plateau. Of course, I don't remember what my weight was when I started the challenge, so I'm not sure how I'm doing on this one. :)

2) Drink more water.

That's going pretty well. I've managed to sneak it in more than before and have had a pretty good increase.

3) Go to gym 3x a week and do another form of exercise 3x a week.

Getting to the gym 3x a week is easy and I've done that (or more) with no trouble. The other form of exercise 3x a week hasn't gone so well. I wanted to walk, but it's been miserably hot (however, it's cooled down) and I have that Pilates video that I haven't been doing. I'll have to work on this one.

So, that's how it's going for me. How about everyone else?
