Hello! :]
My name is Jourdan and I am came across this forum from someone mentioning it in another one I belong to.
I am hoping to learn and pick up on some good weight loss techniques. My current problem seems to be that I am stuck at my same weight that I have been at for like the past couple years. I never gain any weight and if I do seem to lose any I will go back up to what I was but never any higher (guess I can't complain about that part).
But I am really hoping to find out what works for people on here and try to apply/work it into my lifestyle. I am just getting back into running (it's been too cold outside to do this recently), and I am now starting to watch what I eat and log what I do eat, when I do.
I am excited that I found this forum! :]
