a few nuts (high cashew content) 2

some bruschetta topping
papperedelle w/cream sauce and spinach 6 (didn't eat sauce) 27
hot fudge and a bite of ice cream 4
cookie and milk before landing 4/35

vitamin: nope
exercise: 30 min elliptical, running around NYC
miles: 2477 base, 2477 bonus, 5000 rt promo and one scored operational upgrade :) :) :)
