With permission from fellow 100 lb club member Beverlyjoy, I would like to bring this over here to the Maintainer's Forum -
These are Beverly's words:
For the past 10 years or so - every morning, I've written down five things for which I am grateful. Most days it's easy. Some days, not so easy. But, it always puts things into perspective. No matter how good or bad things seem to be - there are always things to be grateful for.
I'd like to make this a daily *ritual*. Please join in.
