Exercising While Sick
Hi!
I've been sick with a bad cold and bronchitis for about a week and a half. It seems like the stuffy/runny nose is starting to go away, but this nasty cough is staying with me. It makes me just want to stay in bed all day. I have been exercising, but any time I start doing any kind of heavy cardio, I start hacking. It's not pretty. I'm trying to do the Valentine's Day Challenge and get to 110 lbs., but at this rate I'll never get there. I don't want to quit. Honestly, I like cardio more than strength training and I want to get back to it! What can I do while I'm still sick though?
