What do you use to replace the center EFAs...I'm trying to save a little $$$ and was hoping I could pick up something at the store. Is it as simple as Omega3/6 capsules or is there more to it?

I use the NOW brand Omega 3-6-9. It is the same as the Total Women Oil from MRC and I get a bottle of 250 for $16 at Vitamins Plus.
