Alternachicks - January Exercise Accountability (do we have one?)

If not, i propose we use this for the last week and start fresh in February. I really need accountability for this to work.
So for the remainder of this month, my total goal is 300 minutes.
today: intense wii routine 42minutes/300minutes

Good grief, if I get 300 minutes of exercise all month I'd be amazed. And that's counting walking down the supermarket aisles and climbing in and out of the bathtub!
I just HAVE to find out what this Wii thing is ... I hear everyone talking about it on this forum.

My goal has been to work out 4 times a week in January. So far, I've been able to stick to it, but last week, my workouts lacked intensity pretty seriously. January has been all about establishing routine and most of my workouts were only about 35-45 minutes. Now that I'm able to stick to my routine, I'm hoping to aim for longer workouts four times a week in February; that is, I'm hoping for 66-99 minutes per workout, four-five times a week in February.

I hope we keep this thread going next month...I DEFINITELY need some accountability for my exercise habits...which atm are almost non-existent.
