Are you out there fellow code crackers?
How is everyone doing? I am on Week 3 day 4 and down 10lbs. I've noticed that on carb up days I don't feel very good. I think I am 'carb -sensitive' and may need to follow the diabetic plan. I am going to try that on my next D day on Saturday.
I would love to hear how y'all are doing!

I was going to do Crack the Code but when I went to the Bookstore and leafed through the book it was way too complicated and not specific enough on how to do it. Also she had various "recipes" in the book (like Wendy's cheeseburger omelet) that didn't sound appealing, but no listing of what types of foods you actually needed to take to substitute for it.
I still think the idea of switching on and off to fool the metabolism makes lots of sense, but I couldn't figure this diet out. :mad:

I started Crack the fat loss code in January and had to do week one twice, but once I finally got that behind me, I have lost 28 pounds. I did not make it through the whole 8 week cycle. I took last week off, felt terrible because of the extra carbs I was eating and have started from the beginning again. I am on day 3 of week one.
I need to lose 100 pounds, make that 72 pounds to go, but once I make that goal I just might keep going.
I would love to hear from you on things you do to help you cope and keep on plan. How you keep your motivation going and what challenges you have faced.

Hello, I'm looking for anyone doing "Crack or Conquer the fat loss code" I was successful using this plan in 2009 but have subsequently gained and need to get back to healthy living. It's much easier if you have a support system so if you're of like mind please leave a post!

I just found the Crack the Fat Loss Code book in the bookstore today and am thinking about getting started with it soon. Treenz, I would like to start a check-in if you are still interested.
Anybody else out there want to give it a go?

Im interested in how you all do. I thought it was too confusing and opted for the 17 Day Diet instead. !7 days of several ycles which are not complicated at all. Fast weight loss at the beginning...6lbs in 1 week for me. That's great since I am a very slow looser. Good luck.

Hey every one! whew took me forever 2 find a recent thread w/ ppl doing crack the fat loss code! This is my 2nd go round with it. the first was abou 3 years ago. I was 190lbs then and had a very bad sugar addiction so it was hard for me to follow. How ever the book tought me a lot that I used the following year and helped me to drop @ 45lbs. I gained around 10lbs back over the holidays and have decided to try the book one more time. Also to thelast20...... My mom and little brother started the 17 day diet today:) looks like a great plan 2 me!
