3-4 cups fresh broccoli
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 garlic cloves
1TBS LF sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
shredded LF cheese (optional topping)

Combine broccoli, broth, garlic cloves into a pot and simmer until broccoli is fully cooked. Drain and mash all ingredients together adding the sour cream now. I used my food processor on this step to chop it real fine.
