Default Food Log Thread

I think the one of the things that helped me most last time was writing down my food. Since a lot of us are trying to do it on our own this time, I thought it might be helpful for us to post our food logs here for everyone to see. You can post daily or weekly. I think just having to write it all down (even the cheats) helps you make better food choices and lets you know what is wrong if you are not losing. I will post later...after I eat dinner.

I started off with the yellow menu...so it doesn't feel like I have hardly eaten anything. I was fine all day expect just before dinner I snacked on some pickles. After dinner I had a bad headache, took tylenol but after 2 hours it didn't help. I ended up having a brownie. Not sure if sugar was what I needed but it certainly helped. I'm not going to feel guilty about it, I'm just going to do the best I can and get through today! So here is what I ate yesterday:
1/2 grilled cheese, 1/2 orange, HNS
8oz raw veggies w/ lite blue cheese, 1 slice of cheese
4 oz salmon, 4 oz cooked veggie, 1 slice of toast

Not going to give up!! Good for you on your WI, it is so exciting to see us losing...It's cool too we are starting at the same weight and have just about the same goal!!

JStuckly--I'm taking 3 right now. Once my supply starts to diminish I may lower it to 2 per day until I buy more. I drink them at each meal...it helps the supplements go down easier!

Don't beat yourself up over the brownie!! It looks like everything else was good and on plan. Keep going.....you can do it!!

Thanks Buddy(snflrgrl).
Today was a kinda weird day. But think I'm okay and will be okay for dinner..even though I am going to tweek it.
bkfst: orange
Lunch: grilled cheese (2 slices of bread)
dinner: grilled chicken w/ a small amount of honey mustard
Green beans.
I know this isn't exactly on program either but this morning I was running late so grabbed the orange. After class I was going to make my 1/2 grilled cheese but class was cancelled by the time I got there so I went browsing at a furniture store. I didn't get home until 11:30 so for lunch I opted w/ the whole sandwich.
