So, I love salad but I found myself not being able to eat it without some salad dressing. I always felt bad putting the dressing on my salad. So yesterday I decided I would try something new, I used a pico de gallo!! Soooo good! It was so good.
So here is the recipe for the pico de gallo I made. These are what I used, but feel free to use less or more on any ingredient depending on your individual taste!!
3 tomatoes chopped
1 red onion chopped
1 jalapeņo chopped and seeded
1 mango chopped
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice.
Mix all ingredients together and chill well. I like to eat it by itself, with brown rice crisps, or on my salad for a healthy dressing! Enjoy!!! :)
