Hi! I had a question about Wonderslim. I got my order in the mail on Friday and will be starting tomorrow. I noticed that the WS guide calls it a 5+1+1 plan, with lunch being a bar and a shake type item. Medifast is a 5+1 plan. I'd rather just have the one item at lunch than two, both to lower my calories and to make the food stretch longer. Since many people talk about substituting WS food for Medifast food, would this work?

I see your post is a few month old...did you ever get your question figured out?
