South Beach Diet - Sick of eggs...found SB friendly danish

I found an easy recipe online for something new for breakfast. It was a South Beach friendly danish. Here's the ingredients:
1 egg
2 oz. lf cream cheese
cinnamon (to taste)
Packet of splenda
and Vanilla (a dash)

Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for 20 secs then mix in all the other ingredients and return to the microwave for about 1 min and 30 secs. The center will be creamy but the edges will be firm...similar to a danish.
I thought it sounded weird but it taste just like a cinnamon roll danish and it was really yummy. It did not look very appealing but it was good! Just thought I would share.

I just started on phase 1 and I'm already trying to mix up the egg thing. I will definitely be giving this a shot. Thanks!

Please remember that you do not need to eat eggs for breakfast all the time. Anything goes - I sometimes have soup!
