Sorry, but no, Wfonseca. Gelato contains too much sugar in a serving. When looking for an ice cream-like treat, look for the words "No Sugar Added", to make sure it's SBD friendly.

We enjoy no-added sugar Fudgesicles some evenings. 40 calories and a little ice creamy.

I have found NSA and FF. Our grocery only has one variety, Choc. Fudge. It's a food I have to remember portion control. P2 only, am I correct?

So I have an ice cream question. I have blue bunny sweet freedom toffee bars as well as blue bunny no sugar added fat free vanilla ice cream. Would I be able to eat either of these during phase 1??

Helpmelose, not during P1, but they can be added when you start P2. SF pudding is another one of the sweet treats that is not for P1, but can be added in P2.
