my groin muscle is giving me trouble today and i just started the c25k this week. i don't want to damage it...the store that i work at has 55000+sqft of open area that ii have to walk at least 8 times a shift. any tips?
Is it like "ow I'd rather die than walk" or is it like "ow, that hurts quite a bit".
If it hurts, it is possible its not pulled but sore, walking might actually help it and stretching a little. You could also put a heated pad on it to relax it a bit.
