Default A NEW day!

So I posted last night about yesterday being completely awful. Well, I awoke from another amazing night of sleep and made some breakfast. Then remembered that I needed to go weigh myself. I was down 4 lbs from yesterday! Im sure it is water loss or some random thing. Even though it's my TOM right now and has been since I started this thing. I don't care if it's a fluke. I haven't been down to 216 in a few years and it made me super excited and happy to see it. I'm not far off of being less than 200 which has been about 7 years or so. I just can't wait. Thanks for all the support you give everyone!
