Just a place for us to post our daily totals!
Recap of the plan.....
Here is how it's going to go. Starting Monday, August 12, 2002, we will try to do the 3 things that work. Food, water & exercise. You decide what your food plan is, how much water you want to drink and how much exercise you want to get every day. Every day you have the opportunity to earn 3 points.
1 point for sticking with your food plan
1 point for drinking the amount of water you decided on
1 point for getting some exercise.
Post out here every day with how many points you've earned for a given day, and I will keep track. We'll see who's doing the best after 30 days.
This is a very cool way to keep on track, because even if you don't do so great on food, you might still get in your water and exercise to earn the points!

So come on you guys! You gonna take that from me???
I thought I'd blown it last night with this wonderful chicken parm dish but it was chicken breast only and fat free shredded mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce and veggies. Once I figured out the calories, I found that I was still well within my limits for the day! Whew! :^: Water's not usually a problem and, with it being gym day, neither was exercise.
Doin' a little dance now ... Nah, you don't wanna see that!

It is a CHRISTMAS miracle!!! I had a 3 pointer. BARELY. My food was excellent, I think my tummy was still bothering me, and the water is actually getting easier...*did I say that???* but the exercise came at about 10 pm, I went for a long walk. It was cooler outside than in the house. :lol:
I think when I am hot and cranky, I most certainly don't want to exercise. Blech. So, this weekend should be interesting. I honestly drink the water because of the challenge. I didn't drink it before, so this is doing some good, even if it is for 30 days. Well see what happens after that. Either it will be well on its way to being a habit, or we'll have to do another challenge for that Starbucks certificate!!!! YUM!

The bad news is that it's Friday morning and I'm off to a bad start with that big ol' pastry that attacked me in the cafeteria this morning and forced me to eat it.
The good news is that the day is still young and I might be able to salvage my food point.

Friday - 2 points. Water - OK. Exercise - OK. Eating - everything in sight!!! :(
Saturday - 3 points. On a weekend!?!? Wow! :D
Sunday - 2 points. Drank gallons of water. Couldn't eat. Cramps. Backache. Nausea. But felt better later and attacked the old treadmill!!! :smug:
All in all, not too bad, I guess. :^:

I fixed grilled cheese, onion rings and tomato soup for the family for supper. I should have ate the soup with something else. But NNNOOO, I didn't. KICK MY BUTT! Onion rings 48%fat, sliced american cheese, I Can't believe it's not butter....bad, very bad.

Hi all! I lost my dancing banana line on Tuesday, dang it...... but I did come in with two points, one for exercise and one for water. I was up at 3:30 am walking off the pounds.
Wednesday I had a three point day. So I'm back to :cb: one dancer again. sigh..... All in all I did much better than I would have done two weeks ago. So that's good :)
