so i asked how often you weigh yourself...do you do it naked or w/ clothes!?
i always take my weight naked! i never do with clothes cause that adds pounds! lol... but then i think about it and am i cheating myself? if i get weighed at the dr.office it is gona be like i gained 5 pounds in clothes! i know i am stuck weighing like this now but i feel like i should lower my goal weight to make up for the clothes. ha... just wondering wat you guys do?!

I weigh myself naked too. I think it all evens out, because every time you go to the dr's office you will always have clothes on...it's not like you go once and they weigh you naked and then the next time they weigh you with clothes on. I heard, not sure how accurate, but your true weight is when you weigh yourself naked after you urinate first thing in the morning.
I weigh myself naked. If I don't, in my head, I give ridiculous weight to my clothes. I'd rather see my weight go up a little at the doctors office than try to justify the weight of my clothes at home. No matter how I put it, there is no way my yoga pants, sports bra and t-shirt weigh 5 pounds!
Naked here as well. I'd like to know what I'm working with, so to speak. If I weigh with clothes on, I don't know how much my CLOTHES weigh... so I don't know if I'm wearing a heavier outfit or if I've genuinely gained.
My starting weight was 116 (naked). The other day I took my daughter to an appointment with her surgeon. She HATES being weighed, so the lady had me stand on a the scale holding her, then stand on the scale by myself to figure out my daughter's weight. Well their scale said I was 116lbs, even though I had lost 5 pounds. Had I not cared what I wore, I would have felt down on myself for not loosing any weight.
Definitely naked! Different clothes weigh different amounts. My jeans could potentially weigh more than my yoga pants, etc! Don't worry about the dr. office weight. That is more of an estimate so that the dr can put you in whatever category (normal, overweight, obese). The last time I weighed in at the dr office, they looked at the weight for 1 second, it wasn't even level yet, and they just rounded. Not very accurate, if you ask me. I just go with the scale in my bedroom (and I sadly disregard another scale I have that is ALWAYS 1 or 2 pounds lower).
I weigh myself naked or in undies. And after I use the bathroom in th morning. I hate dr scales last time i was at the gyn the nurse asked if i wanted to get on the scale! i was like do i have to? and she said no so i said then no thanks! lol i wish i always had the option to say no!
I'm another who weighs in her birthday suit, first thing in the morning after potty break. I just make sure I use only one scale, so measurements are consistent each day.
