Hello ALL!
I will be participating in my first 5k on March 20th in Providence, RI. For the first time in my life I started focus on my health and my weight in September... I have since lost around 30lbs but hit sort of a plateau with my weight loss following the holidays. To get myself back on track, I want to take a chance on this Couch to 5k program I've been hearing about in preparation for the 5k in 2 months. Here is a

I am going to start this program on Sunday and was just wondering if anyone else would like to give it a shot along with me?!?
Let me know and we can make a thread or just use this one to log our progress... mostly I'm just interested in keeping track of my times, holding myself accountable for my activity by posting it and seeing how everyone is feeling after these runs. It suggests doing the jog/run/walks 3 times a week so we could each post 3x a week after we complete each jog and talk each other through this!
