here is a quick, easy recipe that i keep in a small tupperware. I eat a little here and there with a few brown rice crisps to stave off hunger.

1 large tomato cut into small pieces (or you could use a handful of cherry/grape tomatoes chopped up)
2 tbsp corn
1 tsp finely chopped jalepeno (if you like spicy)
1.5 tsp chopped cilantro - or to taste
2 dashes cumin - or to taste
two dashes garlic salt

this is very simple but so tasty. you could obviously add onion, other peppers etc...

This is so good!!! Me and my roommate are halfway through phase 1 and this has helped us tremendously!!! We are so glad to find the brown rice crisps!!!
