Hello ladies. Me and husband were having a last meal (lol) last night and it had totally ruined my plans for what I wanted, he said well we will just start on Thursday then. It made me flash back to all of our other weight loss tries when we would keep pushing it back to eat something else bad that we just had to have before we did this. I said ok, but then later on I decided you know what, no. So last night I finished cleaning out the cabinets, removing all the bad stuff from my sight, and made a meal plan. I started this morning and am already very proud of myself. Just had breakfast and I'd say it was not bad.
2 eggs
1 C skim milk
1 TBSP reducedfat peanut butter
1 apple
400 calories, not much fat, and 23.5 g of protein! woah!
I'm off to a fabulous start! Plus, I drank water as soon as I got up. I am a mountain dew a-holic so me not having any is already a big step in the good direction. I'm so excited that I am finally doing this. Go me. And yay for all of you guys too!
