Well, all ... it's a bit after 6 PM and I guess it's safe to say MOST of us have gone home for the day. Or if you're a SAHM, you need to punch out by now (I know you're NEVER off duty when you're a SAHM!). :D
My willpower is SO strong today (I'm beefing myself up here girls) that I by-passed chocolate fudgy brownies & cookies downstairs. GO ME!
I am so determined (beefing up again) to NOT EAT during the night ... I CAN do this!

Have a good one ladies! I'm off for a nice 3.1 mile walk; and I'm going to buy some weights from Sports Authority or Modell's on the way home.:strong:
