This morning I was 209.2!!!!!

16 pounds. 10 days. Yah!!!!!

I don't remember ever even SEEING 20- in my life... The last time I was this weight was graduation!

That's amazing! Well done, you are doing so well. I'm desparately trying to get into the two teens at the moment, and not feeling like it's ever going to happen so you are an inspiration to me.

Do you want my day yesterday? I'll give it to you.

Get up at 7 am.
coffee (black)
breakfast: slice orrowheat bread, 1 T natural pb, 1/2 large organic banana
8am daycare kids arrive (just two yesterday)
8:15 switch over laundry
8:30 circle story time INCLUDING 1/2 hour of "moving" songs. marching, stomping, running and walking
9:30 craft time (I sit)
10:15 outside time! We run and play in the wet wet snow until 11am
11am-come in, change all diapers, get ready for lunch
I clean up kitchen, sweep, change over laundry
11:45 potty time for kids and get them ready for nap
12pm lunch for me: whole wheat pita wrap with 2 LC wedges, lots of veggies and 1 T FF ranch, applesauce cup, 1 liter of water
12:45 fold and put away 5 loads of laundry
1:30 rest for me, facebook, 3 fat chicks etc
2:00 prepare snack for kids
2:15 wake up kids, feed them snack, change diapers, switch over laundry
2:30 is snack for me: cup source ff yogurt, medium apple
2:45 practice dance choreography WITH my kids for 1.5 hours… ballet, jazz, song and dance, demi character, variety and hip hop…
In there down another litre of water
4:15 clean up daycare, switch over laundry, get kids ready to go home
4:45 sit for 15 minutes ;)
5:00 make dinner!!!
5:30 dinner. Last night was 1 can tuna, 2 rice cakes, 2 LC wedges, mustard, red onion, cup edamame beans (school PAC night so quick dinner)
6:00 walk 1 mile to school in rain
6:30-7:30 meeting (while downing another liter of water)
7:30 walk home in rain
Come in… dry off. Change into work out clothes
8-9 do 4 miles of walk away the pounds
9pm-9:45pm- make lunches, clean kitchen, sweep floors, fold and put away laundry, clean bathrooms (2) feed dogs.
9:45- 10:15- groom Bella
10:15-11:30ish… bath. Bubbles. Tea.
11:30-12:45am talk to best friend on Phone
12:45 am… sleep

In between I check 3fc multiple times, do more cleaning, drink more water etc.
THIS is a VERY typical day for me… very very.

1200 calories. And I should add that my daycare is downstairs (2 flights) and I run up and down the stairs AT LEAST 50-100 TIMES EACH DAY.
