Hey everyone!
So I recently went to the cinema with my friends and found it tough to resist mindless snacking, the link above offers a wide range of alternatives to sneak in from home!
I personally ended up buying two crates of blueberries, they were filling, delicious, and as opposed to blowing 1,300 cals on popcorn, box crates came to a combined total of 140 Hope it's useful!

I went to the movies yesterday. I had lunch right before hand and just took a bottle of water in and i was perfectly happy...i didnt even notice if anyone around me was eating lol

I really have this thing with fruit cups, or dried fruit.

I only bring a bottle of water with me. I try to avoid eating at the movies and have a meal before I go in. With that said, in case I cannot have a meal beforehand, you have given me a good idea for healthy movie snacks.
