Default Only 662 Calories!!

So I just added up all the food I ate yesterday and I only ate 662 calories for the whole day! My goal is atleast 1200-1300. I wasnt trying to starve myself or anything. I just didnt feel as hungry and I shouldnt force myself to eat if Im not hungry right? I guess today I will just make sure I meet my goal, with healthy foods of course! lol

You are right , that is only about half of what you should be eating. Try eating smaller meals but more often, that might help.

Did you have any healthy fats? Nuts? Avocado? Olives? That can help a little.

Yep, that happens to me. But it's important that we eat routinely. My hunger radar is off. It used to tell me I was always hungry and now it never tells me I'm hungry. So I just don't listen to it. I eat 200 calories every 2-2.5 hours, period. (Or at least I try) Weekends are hard and that is when I tend to go under.

I notice my weight loss is better when I eat more food more frequently.

This has been happening to me the last couple of days too, I'm getting used to being satisfied with my meals and not looking for more after it so my intake is less than it should be.
Thankfully I've usually only got to find 200-300 cals from somewhere, not 600!

The first few days I started counting I was very low as well 600-700 ish. I don't worry about it because it will average out with the days I am spot on and the days that I go a little over. Unless of course it became the norm than I would force more calories.

I can honestly say I have never ever had this happen! I love to eat Some days I am in the high 1600 or low 1700's but I am never more than 100-150 calories off and I can always find something to eat...lol
