Default Question

I know I read this in another post somewhere, but I can't find it now. Can anyone recall what the percentages of our daily intake are for carbs, protein and fat?

MRC menus strive for 60% protein, 20% carbs, 20% fat at each meal. HNSs really help make that possible.

I copied this from another post....hope it helps. ....It is really hard to get enough protein without the HNSs to get the 60% protein, 20% fat, 20% card that the losing phase of MRC works on. We use a protein powder (whey isolate) we buy at ProteinFactory.com or Costco to make shakes to supplement the protein. Good luck.
