Default Enlarged thyroid /on the pill/ lactose intolerant: hard to lose weight...ugh

Hi there,

i am 38 yrs. old have been taking synthroid meds for the last few years, i am also on the pill and lactose intolerant, feel like i cant lose weight but is considering trying Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem. I am not sure which one is better for me??? I want to lose weight, say a good 20-30lbs, but find it hard to just exercise, feels like the losing weight is taking forever...And this May i am in a wedding; a bridesmaid, and i would like to at least be toned for this wedding...Any suggestions.

thanks,
Kiwi88

Hey Kiwi! I'm sorry you are having such trouble. Have you ever thought of doing low carb? There are tons of recipes out there even for desserts! It's the only way I can lose weight while still feeling satisfied.

This is a great site and many here have great suggestions! Good luck to you!
